INCERT is a center of expertise providing products and services based on knowledge and experience acquired in cryptography, PKI, eTravel documents, cyber security and artificial intelligence. INCERT is also representing Luxembourg at international standardisation committees within information security domains.

INCERT is a public agency, mainly responsible for critical IT infrastructures. As a consequence, INCERT has developed operational and quality processes to manage these infrastructures that are PKI driven and requiring long-term lifecycles. Our highly skilled team of security professionals and our management organization allow us to deliver services of the highest quality to all of our collaborations, within public and private sectors.
INCERT has also the capability to design IT infrastructures, combining innovative technologies with proven ones. INCERT’s role is also to advise on the best practices, in order to ensure a secure use of emerging technologies used within the era of Internet of Everything (IoT, Connected cars, Biometry for example).
